IT Support Tech

Duration: 2-3 months contract Shift: 8-5pm, Mon-Thurs (Only 35 hours per week during summer school) Experience: 1-3 years Top Must Have s: Must be able to do basic level 1 work like unpacking boxes, imaging PCs, as well as some 1.5 type technician admin type work some direction will be provided, so just any hands-on experience here with things Typical Daily Tasks: Assisting the IT teams with getting ready for the school year and basic daily tasks Position Summary: Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users across multiple educational environments. This position bridges traditional Level 1 desktop support with entry-level systems administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with device deployment, imaging, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing basic administrative tasks within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skillset, as additional responsibilities and technologies can be taught to the right candidate. Required Qualifications: 1 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role. Experience imaging and deploying Windows devices. Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration. Basic experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user account management. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
