Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, and taking ownership of keeping equipment running at peak performance.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
• Identify and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
• Repair and maintain production tools and equipment, including pneumatic and electric reciprocating saws, nail guns, and other production tools
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on mobile equipment such as forklifts and yard shuttle trucks
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Schedule and execute maintenance activities to support production needs
• Assist with coaching and training employees on the safe use and basic repair of production equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Starting at $22/hour, with compensation based on experience.
