Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily receiving operations. Supervise and assign tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business needs and customer priority. Review warehouse processes to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently; update receiving processes and retrain personnel as needed. Coordinate product flow, facility layout, security, and maintenance activities. Oversee LTL (less than a load) provider partnership, including cost control, damage claim rate, and customer satisfaction. Ensure inbound trucks are efficiently unloaded and that all product is properly received and put away in correct locations. Manage staff scheduling and attendance based on warehouse needs. Manage individual staff performance through ongoing feedback, support, and resource provision. Promote a culture of high performance, customer service, and accountability. Communicate effectively via email to internal and external customers. Drive a team effectively to reduce cost and labor spend while maintaining best‑in‑class services. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of logistics experience. Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience. Experience working with NetSuite software (required). Qualifications Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
