Dallas - Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (Mid-Level)

Role Overview The Restructuring & Insolvency practice group is looking to hire a mid‑level associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our Dallas office. The position focuses on corporate and commercial restructurings and loan workouts, including chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency‑related matters. Key Responsibilities Handle and run multiple matters simultaneously, exercise lender remedies in state and federal courts, and draft loan and security documents in connection with distressed transactions. Work collaboratively within a team setting. Qualifications Mid‑level associate with 3‑4 years of relevant experience, capable of managing multiple assignments and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Compensation Pay Range: $235,000 – $365,000. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience.
