Establish governance, success metrics, launch readiness processes, and execution frameworks that enable scalable delivery of strategic product and technology investments. Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive alignment across complex, highly matrixed organizations. Business Operations & Planning Lead annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, and portfolio investment processes across the organization. Develop business cases, strategic analyses, and performance insights that inform roadmap priorities, resource allocation, and investment decisions. Translate customer, operational, and business needs into actionable portfolio strategies and execution plans. Operational Excellence & Automation Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, automation, and operational tooling that improve decision-making, visibility, and execution efficiency. Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer obsessio What You’ll Bring...Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in technology operations, product strategy, product operations, business operations, management consulting, portfolio management, or large-scale technology organizations.. Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs within eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or delivery operations environments. Strong expertise in portfolio governance, operational planning, program execution, and organizational transformation. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and operational financial performance. Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across large cross-functional organizations. Strong analytical and operational problem-solving capabilities with experience managing ambiguity and organizational complexity. Experience developing business cases, investment recommendations, strategic plans, and executive-level decision frameworks. Experience supporting product portfolio strategy, operating model design, annual planning, or investment prioritization processes. Experience in omnichannel retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, delivery, or returns ecosystems. Experience implementing operational tooling and workflow automation platforms such as Airtable.
