Senior Backend Engineer: AI Agent Systems & RAG (Remote)
Tecla
Tecla is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS and Node.js. You will model data across MongoDB and PostgreSQL and apply domain-driven design to create robust architectures.
A key focus is designing, building, and owning production-grade AI agents and orchestration workflows, with RAG pipelines and LLM integration across the product. Excellent English communication is required.
