Primary Responsibilities Assist all patients that report to the front desk Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner Interact with a diverse patient population Utilize the electronic medical record to maintain patient records via scanning or registration Attend appointments, collect copayments, and other necessary information at time of check‑in Schedule follow‑up appointments and referrals as needed (check out) Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately to team members Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience No experience required. Excellent customer service skills preferred. Experience using an electronic health record and Microsoft Office a plus. About Albany Med Best of the Capital Region.
