WhatYou’llDo Support planning, trackingand delivery ofmultiple initiatives acrossdesign andproduct, ensuring alignmenton priorities,goalsand timelines. Ensure design deliverables are aligned with product requirements. Facilitate communication and decision-making across disciplines, including marketing,dataand research. Identifybottlenecks and propose improvements to design, product andengineeringprocesses, supporting scalable ways of working across teams. Facilitate thescoping ofdesignrequestsfromproduct,andcommunicate with stakeholders to help move product initiatives forward. Own andfacilitatemeetings todrive progress against goals,resolve issues,identifyclear next steps, and escalat Communicate progress,risksand outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and leadership. Maintain project tracking tools, such as Jira, Confluence,Airtableand Figma. Qualifications 3-5yearsof experienceas a project or program manager. Strong understanding ofdesign and product lifecycles,fromroadmappingand initial requirements through final delivery and release. Proven ability to work withproduct designers,product managers,andtechnology partners. Ability to managehigh-impact initiatives with competing deadlines,multiple stakeholders, and complex dependencies. Ability tooperateindependently and multi-taskin a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. Familiarity withdesign tools (Figma, Sketch)and project management platforms (Jira, Confluence,Airtable). Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide clarity and structure in an environment of constant change. Preferred Attributes Experience indesignor productoperations,ordesignprogram management within a product-driven organization. Ability totranslate ambiguous requirements into actionable plans. Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. Experience managingdesignand productvendors and contractors. Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
