The role sits at the intersection of technical equipment knowledge and customer-facing quoting for processing equipment, replacement parts, and custom-engineered systems. You will own incoming quote requests end to end — interpreting what the customer needs, pulling vendor and internal pricing, coordinating with engineering on drawings, and turning it into a clean, accurate proposal. This is the right seat for someone with an equipment or engineering aptitude who wants to grow into deep product and application expertise. OVERVIEW

Turn incoming customer requests into accurate, competitive quotes for processing equipment, components, and replacement parts Interpret specifications, drawings, and part requests to determine the right equipment, parts, and configurations Source vendor pricing and lead times for fabricated and bought-out components; build complete system quotes Coordinate with engineering to develop or interpret drawings that allow vendors to quote accurately Serve as the first point of contact for quote questions, part identification, and basic technical support Maintain quote records and keep CRM/ERP entries current Improve quoting templates, tools, and workflow over time

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
