Overview Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate for a full-time, on-site position in Springfield, MO. The role involves performing legal research, drafting documents, preparing for court appearances, and managing case files. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Prepare for and attend court appearances and depositions. Write motions and briefs. Conduct discovery and manage case files. Qualifications Strong understanding of law and legal concepts. Experience in legal research and document drafting. Experience with court appearances and depositions. Proficiency in writing motions and briefs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to the Missouri Bar or eligible for admission. Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal research databases. Benefits Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
