Senior Performance Management Consultant

To support G.E.H.A's ancillary product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Program Intelligence & Performance Management Consultant will define and communicate performance metrics, oversee regulatory reporting, and synthesize cross-functional data to provide decision-ready intelligence for executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Define and own the performance measurement framework for ancillary products, establishing KPIs and benchmarks Serve as the accountable owner for all OPM-required performance reporting and maintain a regulatory reporting calendar Produce decision-ready performance packages and dashboards for management and executive leadership, translating data into strategic narratives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program reporting or health plan analytics, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Power BI or comparable visualization platforms Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership on performance matters and influencing decisions through analytical recommendations
