Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages to customer
• Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for drink selections
• Handle cash transactions, operate cash registers, and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques, experience with craft cocktails and tequila a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for accurately preparing drinks according to customer preferences
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other staff members

Must be 21 years old

Must know how to shake cocktails

Please note that previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the hospitality industry.

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $700.00
