Investment Analyst - Real Estate Growth & Diligence

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an Analyst, Investments to join our corporate finance team in Chicago. The role focuses on financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to support acquisitions, developments, and capital market transactions. You will work on financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV), analyze operating statements, and prepare investment memoranda for senior leadership.
