Pearle Vision Collegeville is seeking an experienced Optician / Optical Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
We're looking to hire immediately and are seeking someone with previous optical experience who can step into the role with confidence. The ideal candidate has experience dispensing eyewear, assisting patients with frame and lens selection, processing vision insurance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience working as an Optician or in an optical retail practice.
- Strong knowledge of frame styling, ophthalmic lenses, measurements, adjustments, and dispensing.
- Experience processing vision insurance plans such as VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Spectera, or similar.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales ability with a patient-first approach.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Saturday availability.
Preferred:
- ABO Certification.
- Two or more years of optical experience.
- Experience with AcuityLogic, RevolutionEHR, or similar optical software.
