Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join STV Inc's Construction Management group in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of capital improvement projects while ensuring successful outcomes related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This position requires a collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, operational oversight, and the ability to manage complex construction projects from initiation through closeout.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.

• Experience managing capital improvement, public sector, institutional, or civic projects.

• Owner's Representative or Construction Management experience preferred.

• Strong budget, cost, forecasting, scheduling, and financial management experience.

• Experience managing projects from planning through closeout.

• Strong project controls, contract administration, procurement, and risk management knowledge.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field personnel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and construction management software. - Courthouse, government facility, judicial, or corrections project experience.

• Experience supporting the Judicial Council of California (JCC) or other state agencies.
