CT Technologist Opportunity in Davie, FL

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Davie, FL as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials as indicated, and operate CT equipment to perform diagnostic CT and radiographic exams. You will support patient care across the imaging department and may assist with both CT and general radiography when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years CT technologist experience. Client-specific requirement: experience performing both CT and x-ray exams in a hospital or FSED setting.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification for CT and radiography (as applicable).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to perform CT procedures including head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, PE protocols, and stroke imaging.
• Experience with GE CT equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Ability to work independently and cover CT and x-ray responsibilities across sites, including FSED and main facility coverage (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an FSED or similar fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience functioning as a sole technologist covering CT and general radiography.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 11:00 - 23:00.
• Candidate may be required to cover shifts at both the FSED and the main facility.
