Failure Analysis Engineer

Working in a hybrid format, the full-time Failure Analyst will perform root cause failure analysis on avionics controls, develop analysis plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product performance. Key responsibilities: Conduct root cause failure analysis of components and assemblies used in avionics controls Develop and execute root cause analysis plans following standard processes Generate documentation and recommend corrective actions based on findings Required qualifications: Proficient in forensic analysis processes for determining root causes of failures Familiar with electrical and mechanical failure modes and materials Experience with product configuration management practices Ability to establish effective relationships with stakeholders across various functions Demonstrated ability to write detailed technical reports and engage in technical discussions
