Covenant Air Conditioning & Heating, a family-owned business serving Austin, TX since 2000, is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer. In this role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring that HVAC systems are installed efficiently and correctly. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality installation services, providing our customers with reliable and effective HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage HVAC installation projects, ensuring all systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.
• Perform complex HVAC installations for residential clients, including traditional, split-systems, and high-efficiency systems.
• Supervise and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure all installation work is performed clean and safely, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site assessments to plan and prepare for installations, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers with a high level or professionalism, explaining installation processes and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain detailed records of installations and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong understanding of both traditional and high-efficiency systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to providing top-quality service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
