Job Summary Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Job Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time The Registered Nurse will use critical‑thinking skills to coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role includes assisting in organizing patient care activities as assigned. Responsibilities Assess physical, skin, pain, fall, medication, and discharge needs with appropriate interventions. Develop and implement Plan of Care on admission using assessment data. Provide patient and family education. Evaluate patient response to interventions. Demonstrate leadership skills. Assist in organizing patient care activities. Qualifications Education: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program. Experience: None. License: Registered Nurse. Certifications: BLS/CPR (American Heart Association) ACLS (90 days) NIH (60 days) EKG basic Tenet participates in E‑Verify.
