About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Projects to take on a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Project Directors and teams across various regions, driving project delivery, operational performance, and client satisfaction. This role also involves partnering with senior leadership to support business growth, overseeing financial performance, resource planning, and contractor management, as well as building strong client relationships and supporting business development efforts. The Head of Projects will be expected to recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, and must have a background in construction, project management, or program management, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects. Applicants for the Head of Projects position at the company should have senior leadership experience in a relevant field and a background with a General Contractor, Owner's Representative, or Project Management Consultancy. The role requires a leader with strong commercial, operational, and people leadership skills, and experience in managing teams and project portfolios across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished leader with a focus on driving performance, growth, and project delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects in various sectors, including healthcare, corporate, cultural, and institutional.
