About the Role Geode Health is a national provider of outpatient mental health services located in College Station, Texas. We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our team and help achieve our mission of transforming mental health care. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the spectrum of mental health conditions. Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, creating age-appropriate assessments and individualized treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using the EMR system. Work with the integrated care team to ensure a coordinated, measurement‑based approach to care. Work Schedule Hybrid schedule: three days on-site and two days telehealth per week, with flexibility to create a personalized schedule subject to advance notice. Full‑time hours are required. Qualifications Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Texas. Passion for high‑quality care and dedication to evidence‑based practice. Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents, including assessments and developmentally tailored plans. Proficiency with EMR systems and meticulous record‑keeping. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions with a commitment to equitable access to care.
