Guest Experience Lead

Pay: $15–$17 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Description:

Become a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's! Your focus is delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll support the team and help create a welcoming, efficient restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with kiosks or mobile orders

• Resolve customer service issues quickly and professionally

• Support team members during busy periods

• Promote digital ordering and loyalty programs

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Ability to work in a team

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, if required
