Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and adaptable ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week night-shift travel contract at W. W. Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah, OK. This unique 25-bed unit caters to a diverse mix of both adult and pediatric acutely ill patients. If you have a strong multi-specialty ICU background and a passion for community healthcare, this is the perfect assignment for you!

Facility Details & Unit Highlights:

• Facility: W. W. Hastings Hospital
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (25 beds)
• Patient Population: High-acuity medical cases spanning both Adult and Pediatric populations.
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 to 1:6
• Charting & Med Systems: Cerner EMR and Pyxis dispensing.
• Scrub Code: Solid Navy Blue.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of recent acute care ICU experience.
• Must have proven Pediatric experience.
• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
• Required Certifications: NIHSS, alongside AHA-issued BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Compliance Note: Full adherence to a facility-wide policy requiring masks to be worn at all times while on the ICU floor.
