Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate onsite job instruction tailored to individual needs and interests, promoting optimal job placement Implement and monitor personalized goals and plans for each individual Serve as a mediator between employers and employees to fulfill mutual requirements Provide safe transportation for individuals, ensuring confidentiality and privacy Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements Deliver ongoing support and guidance post-placement to ensure long-term success Ensure timely and accurate billing submissions in accordance with weekly deadlines Participate in professional development and training to stay informed on best practices Strive to meet or exceed quarterly targets through effective job coaching strategies Other duties as assigned
