Understanding operations guidelines for a safe working environment and practicing techniques related to such. Ground maintenance: Maintaining organization grounds to include cleaning parking lot, mowing lawns, snow removal, trimming bushes and hedges, and planting flowers. General maintenance and repair; carry out routine building maintenance tasks such as replace ceiling tiles; run cables through the ceilings; patch wallpaper, floor tiles and sheet rock; perform routine tests of specialized equipment and documents results appropriately. Plumbing and electrical: Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair; replace, clean and unclog floor drains and other assorted traps and drains as required; install light switches, repair wires and outlets, install light bulbs and tubes in celling and lamps. Carries out assignments in a timely manner; cleans areas thoroughly upon completion, creating minimal need for repeat of tasks.Join our team and discover a rewarding, fulfilling career.
