Youll work closely with students, staff, and families to support student success, serving a caseload of approximately 40. Key Qualifications: Valid Professional Special Services License from the Colorado Department of Education (or proof of application for travelers) Experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred Excellent communication and interview skills, with the ability to detail your professional experience Energetic, positive, and lively demeanor Willingness to work onsite For travelers: initiative in researching the local area, housing options, and travel logistics Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results for students in need Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies and interventions Lead student support meetings, create educational plans, and monitor progress Offer crisis intervention and participate in creating a positive school climate Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines Enjoy a schedule that allows for meaningful engagement with students and makes a lasting difference in their educational journey.
