We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and ambitious Equipment Sales Representative to grow our presence in Columbia, TN and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll build relationships with contractors, businesses, and equipment users, helping them find the right equipment and rental solutions to keep their operations moving forward. As an employee-owner, you'll have a direct stake in the success you help create.
What You'll Do- Identify, pursue, develop and maintain relationships with large-volume lease and rental customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Represent Parman Tractor & Equipment professionally in the field and within the community
- 2+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- College education preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel; CRM experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability standards
