Critical Care Float Pool - RN

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Pay: Starting at $33.15/hr + Experience-Based Increases
Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)

Requirements

✔ Active Oklahoma RN License (or Multi-State Compact License)
✔ Minimum 1 year of Critical Care experience
✔ Recent ICU and/or ER experience required
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and clinical excellence
