Heavy Equipment Operator – Dozer/Excavator

Location: Orange, TX
Pay: $18–$21/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting around 7:00 AM. Schedule may fluctuate. Consistent overtime available.

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with at least 2 years of experience. Must be able to operate a bulldozer, excavator/trackhoe, and/or backhoe in an industrial/recycling environment.

This position will involve moving sand, soil, crushed concrete, and recycled materials to different areas of the property. The material is recycled and sold for use in various types of projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators/trackhoes, and backhoes
• Move sand, soil, crushed concrete, and recycled materials throughout the property
• Assist with organizing and relocating materials around the worksite
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety policies and jobsite procedures
• Use basic computer skills as needed for daily job duties

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience operating a bulldozer, excavator/trackhoe, and/or backhoe
• Strong dozer experience is highly preferred
• Excavator/trackhoe experience is a plus
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be fit for duty
• Must be able to climb a ladder to access equipment for repairs/maintenance
• Must be able to meet ladder weight capacity requirements of approximately 200–250 lbs.
• Must be dependable and able to work consistent overtime
