In this internship, you will work in a fast‑paced environment gaining hands‑on experience in core Administrative, Finance, and Human Resource functions including but not limited to: Administrative Support: Handling, filing, and managing documents, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records both financial and human resources. Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating databases, benefit administration, tracking invoices, and producing reports. Operations Support: Assisting with projects. Communication: Assisting the Business Office Team. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in a professional business environment while contributing to meaningful collaborative initiatives. Job Responsibilities Ability to work as a productive member of the instructional team to maximize student outcomes. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Business Office Team to complete general administrative tasks. Actively look at job posting sites (LinkedIn, SchoolSpring, Indeed). Assist with industry related tasks. Assist with keeping files up to date within the collaborative. Actively engage with others throughout the office. General administrative tasks for the firm’s executive leadership to support daily operations. Assist in tracking and maintaining FMLA documentation and employee leave records. Help update and organize benefit resources. Coordinate scheduling and communications for wellness programs and activities. Draft and distribute employee wellness emails, newsletters, and pop‑up reminders. Track participation and feedback from wellness initiatives to measure engagement and impact. Capture photos, attendance, and feedback for event summaries and reports. Provide general administrative assistance to the Business Office Team, including filing, data entry. Develop positive relationships with employees and students. Maintain confidentiality. Other duties as required. Job Requirements Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, is preferred but not required. Commitment to seven (7) hours per day, Monday through Friday. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with good project management and time management skills. Responsible, self‑motivated, and proactive personality. Ability to manage multiple projects with a can‑do attitude. Demonstrated ability to adapt to the needs of a changing student population. Ability to lift 39 pounds independently. Take and pass the online Ethics training and exam.
