Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Location: Houston, TX Lofton Staffing is hiring an experienced Sandblaster for a full-time position with a Houston‑area client. This position is in a production‑based shop and requires previous hands‑on experience with sandblasting in a walk‑in booth. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and experience working in a production environment. Candidates must be dependable, motivated, able to adapt to changing production demands, and willing to work overtime or weekends when needed. Responsibilities: Operate sandblasting equipment in a walk‑in blasting booth Prepare and sandblast parts and equipment according to specifications Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and equipment Read and understand blueprints and work instructions Accurately read and use a tape measure on a daily basis Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other production duties as needed Work overtime with short notice when required Be available to work weekends when needed Requirements: Previous sandblasting experience in a walk‑in booth is required Previous experience working in a production‑based shop is required Experience operating overhead cranes Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to adapt to changing production demands Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
