In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans. You’ll deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute setting, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort.
