Maintain, repair, install, inspect, remove, replace, and modify plumbing equipment and components for water, sewer, swimming pools, inert gas, natural gas, air vacuum, compressed air systems, steam, and POL equipment. Remove blockages from drain lines, both interior and exterior sewers. Adjust, repair or replace leaky joints, faucets and other outlets to maintain proper and efficient operation of all related plumbing and steam fitting systems. Install and repair domestic, industrial, and commercial hot water heaters, hot water storage tanks, plumbing fixtures, equipment, and components. Install or replace and connect water, air, natural gas, sewage, and water/storm fixtures. Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements. Qualifications Minimum 5–8 years of plumbing experience; semi‑skilled in most plumbing functions. Knowledge of and application of plumbing codes and regulations. State plumbing license or certification preferred but not required. Ability to use manual or power tools to complete work assignments. Must be able to follow maintenance instructions, service and diagnose systems, and complete repairs. Physical Requirements The position requires the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motion for several hours at a time. Standing or sitting for extended periods, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and using stairs may also be required. Additional Requirements Valid state driver’s license; must be able to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance carrier. Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
