What You’ll Do:

Inspect commercial roofing systems for quality, compliance, and performance
Identify defects, warranty concerns, and safety hazards before they become issues
Document findings with clear reports, photos, and recommendations
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and service teams
Ensure installation quality meets manufacturer and industry standards

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Inspector or similar role in commercial roofing
  
  
• Knowledge of low slope, steep slope, and metal roofing systems
  
  
• Familiarity with warranty requirements and roofing codes
  
  
• Strong attention to detail + clear communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work safely at heights
