Pay Rate: $58–$60/hr

Estimated Weekly Pay:

• 36 Hours: $2,088–$2,160/week

• 48 Hours: $2,784–$2,880/week

Job Summary

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive critical care for patients in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Requirements

• Recent acute care ICU experience required

• Experience managing critically ill adult patients

• Ability to float to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry assignments and perform task assignments in the Emergency Department as needed

• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Required Credentials

• Active California RN License

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• BLS Certification

• BSN preferred

Unit Details

• 10-bed Intensive Care Unit

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2

• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks

• Self-scheduling

• No call required

• Float to Med/Surg-Tele and task in ED as needed

• 190-bed Acute Care Hospital

• EMR: Cerner

• Medication System: Pyxis

• 24-hour Pharmacy

• 24-hour Phlebotomy

• 24-hour Unit Secretary

• Intensivist coverage: 12 hours/day

• Hospitalist coverage: 24 hours/day

• No IV Team

• No Lift Team

Clinical Skills

Candidates should have experience with:

• Hemodynamic monitoring

• Ventilator management

• Vasopressor and critical care medication administration

• Cardiac monitoring

• Rapid assessment and emergency response

• ICU documentation

• Multidisciplinary critical care collaboration
