What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date. Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re someone who connects easily and takes initiative. Detail‑oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors. Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
