Customer Engagement Associate

We’re hiring a Customer Engagement & Brand Development Associate to join our growing Miami team. This is an entry-level, on-site opportunity ideal for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and eager to build long-term careers in marketing, customer engagement, and leadership.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience executing live marketing campaigns, interacting directly with customers, and learning the fundamentals of brand strategy, campaign execution, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands with professionalism and confidence
• Engage customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and community initiatives
• Support in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Deliver positive customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness
• Assist with daily campaign coordination and execution
• Track engagement and campaign performance metrics
• Work alongside senior leaders to develop communication and leadership skills
