This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing and business development professional to work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to drive growth initiatives, client development, and market positioning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development and marketing plans for the Litigation practiceCollaborate with practice leaders to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiativesLead responses to RFPs, pitches, and new business opportunitiesDevelop marketing collateral, practice descriptions, case lists, and website contentManage practice marketing budgets and track business development effortsCoordinate directory submissions and rankings initiativesSupport cross-selling opportunities across practice groups and officesWork with PR and communications teams to promote client successes and attorney visibilityOrganize events, sponsorships, seminars, and client-facing initiativesMaintain CRM and engagement databases in collaboration with internal teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required8+ years of business development or marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilitiesStrategic mindset with strong attention to detail and client service orientationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience supporting litigation or dispute resolution practices is a plusCompensation:Illinois salary range: $126,000 – $190,000Massachusetts salary range: $138,000 – $207,000Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits packageThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal marketing professional looking to take on a highly visible role within a nationally recognized litigation practice at a top-tier global law firm.
