A business service company is seeking a Recruiter to work Monday through Friday from8:30 a.m. to5 p.m. Duties: Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Administer pre-employment testing and background checks as required Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings #J-18808-Ljbffr AREA TEMPS, INC.
