In addition to our cosmetic services, 305 Dentistry also offer preventive dentistry, restoration, endodontic care, general dentistry, unlike other oral surgical practice, we make directly to our customers. Role Overview In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls per day and focusing on closing sales to meet and exceed monthly targets set by the company. Responsibilities Answering inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls (averaging 150 calls per day) Identify and schedule qualified prospects for a consultation Provide prospects with detailed information about all dental procedures (implant, veneers) Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately enter all data about prospects’ information Online chat with prospects including but not limited to social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook Manage follow‑up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed interest in 305 Dentistry Send information packets to scheduled prospects prior to the first visits Qualifications Superior sales skills over the phone Strong communication and rapport‑building skills Self‑motivation, drive and initiative Ability to educate customers on products and services Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor Advanced oral and written communication skills Dental knowledge ( Required ) Strong organizational skills Must be a team player Basic computer skills Minimum 2 years experience working in a dental office is a must Benefits Base salary + commission pay once sales goals are met Employee discount Paid time off Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week Weekly Day Range Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia
