We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics. Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day Our logistics business currently owns and operates720 milesof crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

JOB SUMMARY Conducts studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards and regulations, and industrial hygiene. Investigates accidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs. Provides safety performance measures. Determines root cause analyses. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Health & Safety Management Health & Safety Policies and Procedures Federal, State and Local Health & Safety Regulations Analysis Change Management Relationship Management Training Needs Analysis Formal Presentations Refining Processes Midstream Processes (DKL) Communication Operations Maintenance Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including climbing of stairs, ladders and in confined spaces, Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, hearing protection, respirator), Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (DKL), Must be able to travel as needed and to be on call (DKL) Serves as technical resource to Refining organization Performs research/assessment of regulatory requirements to determine impact on refinery operations Provides regulatory interpretation to refineries' health and safety staffs on application of rules, regulations, and industry practices Assists in the development and implementation of safety and health standards and initiatives Collaborates with field health and safety staffs to define standards, procedures, and processes to ensure standardization across all refineries While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.
