Job Summary: In this role, you will provide technical guidance to promote consistency across projects, customers, and business lines. You will provide detailed review and support to capital cost estimates, cash flow, working capital assessments, and to the preparation of estimate documentation. Your recommendations ensure accurate cost estimations and will be essential in driving project profitability and success. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Major Responsibilities:

• Direct Disciplines & Distribs Conducts capital cost estimates
• Reviews design scope criteria and develops quantities for undefined scope assumptions in coordination with other stakeholders/departments
• Participates in establishing pricing structures to be applied to quantities for estimates
• Services Conducts detail pricing for non-manual labor service using functional staffing and other direct cost (ODC) inputs
• Develops pricing/rates to apply to non-manual staffing in support of project-specific requirements
• Overall Prepares estimate basis and assumption documentation for their area of responsibility in support of overall estimate development
• Supports complex order of magnitude (OOM) estimates
• Prepares cost studies, trend estimates, and life cycle cost estimates in specialized areas or in specialized discipline area
• Identifies risk items and assigns risk levels to portions of the project work and identifies measures to mitigate risk in area of responsibility
• Interfaces with designated management personnel on specific sections of estimate presentations

Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills: Experience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Battery or AI Data Center sectors for estimating. Demonstrated advanced understanding of Estimating core processes and procedures. Extensive knowledge and experience in EPC estimating practices and methods, including demonstrated ability to organize, perform, and present cost estimating products with a minimum of supervision. Skilled in the preparation of discipline estimates. In-depth knowledge of project schedules and ability to predict/extrapolate costs curves based on the experience of scheduled activities/cost correlation analysis. Knowledge of manual labor performance, equipment production and derivation of composite craft professional/category labor rates. Knowledge of current industry and technical developments. Knowledge of global market pricing for commodities and construction practices. Technical and practical comprehension of engineering, procurement and construction methods and techniques. In-depth knowledge of the applicable work processes and systems. Knowledge of administrative and supervisory procedures and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in estimating applications used for discipline estimates. Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability to present estimating information to peers and management. Experience in parametric and order of magnitude estimating techniques. EPC/EPCM/EVMS experience on major Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Battery or AI Data Center projects.
