Private Duty Nurse RN/LPN - Home Care - 12 Hour Days and Overnights Available

12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm AND 7pm-7am Home Care, Private Duty Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with critical care experience desired. Part-Time or Full-Time options. Client located on Gold Coast. We are looking for RNs and LPNs with critical care experience for 12-hour shifts on a high-need case. Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
• Home Health Experience Preferred
• Critical Care Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube, Vent)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Negative TB and Cleared Physical
• Current CPR Certification.
