On offer is a senior leadership position working closely with the General Counsel to build and scale the legal department. You'll advise executives on complex regulatory issues, develop compliance frameworks that support rapid expansion, oversee critical legal matters, and help shape the legal strategy behind new products and entry into new markets.

This role would suit an experienced healthcare regulatory attorney looking for executive-level influence, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to help build the legal function within a rapidly expanding technology and consumer product business.

The Role:

• Partner with the General Counsel to build and scale the legal function while advising executive leadership on strategic legal and regulatory matters
• Develop and oversee compliance frameworks across telehealth, pharmacy, e-commerce, privacy and healthcare regulations
• Lead legal support for business expansion, including new products, new jurisdictions, licensing, regulatory inquiries and outside counsel management

The Candidate:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with an active U.S. bar membership
• Experience in healthcare regulatory, compliance or legal roles, ideally within telehealth, pharmacy or other highly regulated healthcare environments
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, including pharmacy law, telehealth, privacy, e-commerce and corporate practice of medicine
