Service Technician

Loyal Source is looking for a skilled service technician in the Reno, Nevada area. Position Overview The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of fire alarm and security systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working independently in the field. Pay $30 / hour Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems Experience with Edwards, Bosch, DMP, Genetec, and Silent Knight systems preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record F Card preferred (or ability to obtain after hire) Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Benefits Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays About Loyal Source Loyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission‑critical operations.
