Job Description

Local Lead Instructor – Club Pilates

The Local Lead Instructor (LLI) is a key leadership role responsible for upholding the quality and consistency of instruction at Club Pilates. This position serves as a mentor to instructors, ensures adherence to the Club Pilates methodology, and supports the studio’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach high-quality, engaging Pilates classes in alignment with Club Pilates standards.
Mentor and support instructors through ongoing training, feedback, and development.
Assist with instructor scheduling and ensure class coverage as needed.
Maintain a strong studio presence, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for members.
Collaborate with the Studio Manager to uphold brand consistency and member satisfaction.
Support community engagement efforts to promote studio growth.

Qualifications:

Current comprehensive apparatus Pilates Certification with 500 hours of experience or equivalent
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Passion for Pilates and a commitment to maintaining high instructional standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Class Pay (based on experience)
