Board Certified Behavior Analyst - School (2026/2027)

BCBA School Contract — 39 Weeks Start Date: September 2, 2026 Hours per Week: 37.5 Pay: $80/hr About the Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you’ll serve as a clinical leader within a Washington school district. You’ll provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and individualized intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role blends direct support, staff coaching, and ongoing supervision of behavioral programming. You will build a caseload within SPS, typically providing 5–7 hours of service per student per week. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Provide consultation and training to educators and support staff Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral and educational programming Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Maintain compliance with professional and district standards Minimum Requirements Current BCBA certification from BACB Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field WA State BCBA license Preferred: School-based experience or related pediatric experience CPR certification (if applicable) TB screening and health certificate (as required) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years old Benefits Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
