Navigating our resort software like a digital concierge: posting transactions, updating statuses, and keeping things tight. Keeping tabs on guest accounts, because numbers matter, and accuracy is sexy. Partnering with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready, spotless, and guest-approved. Staying cash confident—handling credit cards, cash-outs, and reconciliations like the rockstar you are. Curating a lobby that looks good, feels good, and staysguest-ready. Jumping into side quests and extra projects—because that’s how magic happens here. You’re Great Because You’re naturally guest-obsessed—hospitality isn’t just your job, it’s your vibe. You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for hospitality experience).
