Pool Equipment Installer with RAIL License

Job Overview Do you like working out of doors and have experience installing and repairing pool equipment? If so, read on. This is a full‑time career, not temporary help. We are looking for an experienced pool equipment tech to join a highly respected company. We are looking for a tech that wants to be part of a team and takes pride in getting the job done right. Responsibilities Install, repair, and troubleshoot pool equipment, including automation, heaters, pumps, filters, and other desired equipment. Assist other techs during the first 1‑3 months to become familiar with systems, standards, and expectations. Apply understanding of electrical and plumbing during installations and repairs. Maintain a positive team attitude, good communication skills, and customer service skills. Qualifications Proven experience with swimming pool equipment. Current RAIL license (required). CPO license is a plus. Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record. Dependable and trustworthy. Comfortable working outside in all weather. Good communication skills with customers and company employees. Attention to detail and ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds. Mechanical aptitude. Pass a pre‑employment background check.
