Manager/Assistant Manager

Chick-fil-A at Frederick North is looking for personable, proactive, and generous people with experience in the quick-service industry to join our leadership team. About Us: Located an hour north of Washington DC in Frederick, Maryland. Chick-fil-A Frederick North is owned and operated by Dwight Sones. Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October, 2017. Prior to his six years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chain-wide leader in operational excellence. Chick-fil-A Frederick North prides itself on having a culture and work environment that’s second to none in the quick service restaurant industry. 

Requirements:

• Experience working in the food industry and managerial tasks such as cash inventory management, opening and closing the restaurant, assistant customers, etc.
• Act as a servant leader for our team. Exemplify what it means to work at Chick-fil-A and coach our team.
• Exhibiting the CORE 4 behaviors that Chick-fil-A is known for: creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected with our guests.
• Second Mile Service: We strive to go beyond the expected. We are looking for people who are genuine, proactive, and personal with our guests and other team members.
• Be willing to learn and grow with the company
• Have reliable transportation
• Be 17+ years old

Without previous Chick-fil-A experience an applicant can anticipate a starting wage towards the lower end of the wage range listed in the job posting.
